2. Services

B Cleaning Crew provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Our cleaning services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard cleaning products and equipment. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that all surfaces will be 100% free of all dirt, stains, or allergens.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

If our team arrives at your location and cannot gain access, a fee of $50 may be charged. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price may vary based on the actual conditions of the property, additional services requested, or other factors.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for securing any valuables before our team arrives. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured.

Please inform us of any special instructions, areas to avoid, or specific cleaning products to use or avoid before our team arrives.

6. Liability

B Cleaning Crew is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to your property. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the conditions of the property pose a health or safety risk to our team.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
