Professional Cleaner
Full-time and Part-time positions available
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning services in residential and commercial properties
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies according to specifications
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Complete cleaning tasks within allocated timeframes
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Team Lead
Full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cleaners on residential and commercial jobs
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and customer service
- Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
